Which drive would be more scenic for me, across Canada or across the US?

First, I'm from Canada Toronto so that's my starting point of travel on the map. Nature and landscapes would be nice to have which both CAN and US provide but I'm also into the skylines and gradual change of colors and soil (which i think the states has more of?) as in concrete, to desert, to blue grass, to ghetto, to city lights etc with weather changes along the way. I don't know. Canada has comfortable landscapes and nature if you don't go too far north, the states has it too but I'm not sure if canada can provide the variety im looking for in changes along the way. What do you guys think about this?...without the political rants. I love both countries dearly as I am a proud North American. United and provincial we stand. AmEricA.
