How do you file military pay for 2007 taxes without adding housing allowance pay?

My husband is military, and I normally do our taxes myself. I have been told that our housing allowance is nontaxable. However, on his W2s it is included in his total earnings for the year. Any suggestions would be great. How do you file military pay for 2007 taxes without adding housing allowance pay?BAH (housing) and BAS (subsistence) are not taxable.

His W-2 will show the correct amount of taxable wages and allowances paid to him. The amount in Box 1 does NOT include BAH or BAS or any of the other non-taxable allowances that he may have received. How do you file military pay for 2007 taxes without adding housing allowance pay?TFTP
