Thanks in advance.Is the seated military press just as effective on the shoulders as the standing military press?Yes it is. Its alot easier on your lower back, and there is less chance to cheat with your legs. Just make sure that your butt is against the back of the bench, and not sliding out letting you lean back, that will take pressure off your delts and put it on your chest. I find it easier to use the dumbells myself, I keep my form better.
