What arm of the military has the highest power?

Just wondering, is there an equal division between the 3 arms of the military namely: Army, Navy and Air Force. What arm of the military has the highest power? They have power over different strategical aspects of the military. The Navy, for example, has more power over securing bodies of water than, say the Army. I don't think any have more power over the military as a whole than another, although the Army is the largest. All branches are controlled at the highest level of military personel, by the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In WWII, this used to be an equal representation of one Commissioned officer for each branch and their decisions had to be unanimous. Today, they vote, rather than come to a consensus and it is headed by a chairman, who, I think is currently an Air Force General, but I could be wrong. In a time of war, the President commissions a General of the Army and a Fleet Admiral for the Navy who make the important strategic and logistical decisions in the War. These ranks are then dissolved after the war is over. We haven't had a GA or FA since WWII, our last officially declared War. The Marines and Coast Guard would fall under the command of the Fleet Admiral and the Air Force would fall under the General of the Army. So you could say, when Congress declares War, that the Army and Navy are the most powerful. What arm of the military has the highest power?
the commander in cheif has power over all branches so technically not one is stronger than the other but if they were, it would be the marines! What arm of the military has the highest power? The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

If people from all branches were to get captured by the enemy. The geneva convention states that the highest ranking person is in charge.

During wartime the guy with the most boots(personnel) on ground controls the area.
No one service has more "power" than the other, however, the Army is the biggest and tends get the most funding, there are about 500,000 active duty enlisted Army personnel. The Navy and Air Force are neck and neck for second with around 370,000 enlisted active duty personnel in each and then our few but proud Marine Corps, with about 200,000 active duty enlisted.
