If you go to base to the housing office they will advertise it to military personnel, or try putting it on craigslist.com and put it military only.
It is smart thinking to only rent to military because if something did happen such as lack of payment or they destroy something you just go to their chain of command and you WILL get your money bt just make sure you get all that info like what company their with and a work number. Good Luck
