Is it sexist to force men into mandatory military service?

In many countries around the world, men are forced into mandatory military service when they turn 18 while women are exempt and do not have to do anything. Not to mention in America males are made to register for military conscription if they ever bring it back or they lose certain privileges that women get for free. This seem very sexist against men. What do you think? Is it sexist to force men into mandatory military service? This is very sexist. I just learned about 2 books you should look into:

The war against boys

Save the Males: Why Men Matter Why Women Should CareIs it sexist to force men into mandatory military service?
Well, duh!!!

Aldous: I didn't know it required physical strength to fire a gun. Don't you say women are less violent. That's ridiculous and sexist. Women can be violent too. Not all are sweet little angels incapable of murder.

Is it sexist to force men into mandatory military service?Well it really depends on the rights women have in those countries. I'm guessing, but definitely not sure, that in countries that force men into service but not women, the women have what Feminists call less rights, and that is why. In a more traditional society that values the differences in men and women, each has a different set of duties and responsibilities; men have more rights and more responsibilities while women are protected, have less rights, and less responsibilities.

In the US, that situation is very sexist, and will be until women are forced to be responsible to a degree that their overly-expanded "rights" dictate.
The purpose of the draft is to quickly raise an infantry fighting force. In many countries women are not allowed in front line fighting units so they are exempt from having to register. Since women serve in all branches of the military now and hold many positions or command I think they should be made to also sign up because they can do others jobs related to an war effort.

You don't see women's rights groups protesting about this inequity but if it were "against" women you'd sure see them!Is it sexist to force men into mandatory military service? You see society is behaving like a dysfunctional family at the moment. Men have always fought wars that just as natural as women having children, it's why nature made us bigger and stronger.

The thing is as feminism has poisoned the the concept we once knew as 'common sense' and is outrageously claiming men are somehow at an advantage in modern society so men are quite within their rights to claim it is sexist.

The trouble though in reality women aren't made to do that.

@Marcus

I agree entirely and armies throughout history have had women serving at some capacity.

A modern army is a different beast though and we are much better spending military budgets on combat effectiveness that give our soldiers the best possible advantage. Wasting money on training females for combat roles compromises combat effectiveness ( unfortunately ) I don't care if a women get killed in combat ( anymore ) But she will more than likely be a handicap to the others and it is men's safety I would have an issue with. By all means women can do very good jobs in other areas but leave PC thinking ( degenerate thinking ) out of life and death situations. Is it sexist to force men into mandatory military service?
"Men have always fought wars that just as natural as women having children, it's why nature made us bigger and stronger."

But the reason they force men into military is to make them do national service, in Israel they make women serve their country by doing some sort of service. There is no reason why only men should have to do national service. Also Selective Service registration should be abolished.
women don't have the same fighting capabilities as men. not being misogynistic or sexist but it's true. women are generally less strong and less capable to handle violence. Is it sexist to force men into mandatory military service?
Yes, I agree. It is sexist. I am a female and would not want to go, but one cannot deny that it is sexist.
I think it totally is.
