it's all about the marines...live like there's no tomorrow. What is the best military branch to join?I am personally considering the Marines. however you should talk to recruiters from as many branches as possible. All of the branches have collage study courses that you can complete for a degree, but again, you should talk to recruiters from the branches.
Air Force, you will get the best training and will be able to get a great job for an airline after you leave. What is the best military branch to join?the air force... the marines are bullet sponges honestly
and they will pay for your college why you are in and when you get out they give you money to put towards your education
i plan on joining when i graduate high schoolWhat is the best military branch to join?
You opened yourself to a lot of biased answers, based on some of the people above me.
What you need to do is consider what YOU want to do. Each branch has different jobs to offer. For example, if you want to be infantry don't join the Air Force or Navy and if you want to be in the medical field don't join the Marines (their medical personnel comes from the Navy). Think about what job you want to do in the military and don't be afraid to shop between branches to see which one offers you the best deal.
Also, all branches get the same pay and benefits. In terms of education, each branch has the GI Bill and tuition assistance you can take advantage of.
All the branches serve and do their part. It's personally what you like and what you think will benefit you more.
I'm planning on going to university and joining air force rotc. What is the best military branch to join?
what kind of job do you want to do?
do you want to travel the world?
it all depends on what you want to do...what might be the best choice for me might not be the best choice for you...
Army is your best bet for college and the military, they have the most opportunities and incentives for college. You'd probably be better off doing some/all college first, as the army repays up $65,000 in federal student loans (like Sallie Mae), while the marines repay $0.
I'm a former Army Infantry Lieutenant, just so you know where my bias is, or would be.
I don't think there are any unimportant jobs in the Military. They all matter, or they'd have been done away with long ago. Every branch is honorable, every rank is honorable, every job is honorable. Active Duty or Reserve, it all matters.
The two questions you need to ask are, what job do you want to do, and who will offer it to you. If you want to be an aircraft mechanic, you might find that in any service, but there's more jobs for it in the Air Force. If you want to serve a few years then go into Law Enforcement, you've a better shot at becoming a Military Policeman in the Army. Like boats? Navy has more of those.
Every service, including the Coast Guard, will tell you they are the best. It's good that they all think so, I'd hate to be defended by service personnel with a bad self-image.
Decide what you want to DO. Find out who has it and will train you to do it.
Then throw yourself into it with everything you've got, and tell everyone that asks that your branch and your job is the BEST.
But just remember, if you ain't Airborne, you ain't..... nah, just kidding.
The key is to find out how YOU want to serve, not figure out how others want you to serve. It all matters.
It's your choice, and it depends on what you want to do.
I personally like the Air Force but that's just me.
1 2 3 4 I %26lt;3 Marine Corps
open4one said it best. Couldn't have said it better myself. All branches and ranks are important. It's what keeps the machine going. You need to decide whats best for you and be sure of it. You do not want to go into any branch of the military half-hearted about what you are doing.
Air force has a great deal of benefits. The marines have pretty much no benefits since they're more likely to die...Eh....I'd probably say Air Force because there's a bigger chance of not dying and they have more benefits...But if you want to be a total badass then join the army. Coast guard has benefits too I believe but seriously..Coast guard? That's for *******.
