How should I pursue a military career with a degree in biomedical engineering?

I'm studying to become a biomedical engineer at Lawrence technological university. I'd like to pursue a career with the military but am not sure where to start. What I've found online tells me that working as a Biomedical Equipment Technician is a possibility. Are there other career options?How should I pursue a military career with a degree in biomedical engineering?if available there take military science courses get a commission you would not want to be a private in the us army.
