all branches have a pt test .they will get you in shape but if you are extremely overweight you may have to lose some first.15-20 pounds wouldn't be too much of a problem talk with the recruiters on weight requirements (it's just a phone call away)What branch of the military and in what section of that branch is good for me?As far as I know, being overweight is a disqualifier for even the air force.

Get into shape and you won't have to limit yourself...I am slightly overweight and out of shape...but I've been running everyday now...it sucks, but if you want to be able to do what you want to do, you need the determination.What branch of the military and in what section of that branch is good for me?not in shape?
