Any American History-Themed Movies Out There?

Well, it's pretty obvious that there are. I just wanted to know some titles. Like Forrest Gump.

Films about WWII, The Vietnam War, Korean War, Cold War, Civil Rights or the 1950's culture?Any American History-Themed Movies Out There?WW2 - The Best Years of Our Lives (1946)
Vietnam - Coming Home (1978)
Korea - The Bridges at Toko-Ri (1954)
Cold War - Dr. Srangelove or: How I learned to stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964). That's the real name of the movie, it's a good comedy about the Cold War.
1950's - American Graffiti (1973)

edit:
My mistake, American Graffiti was set in 1962. "The Blackboard Jungle" (1955) is about the culture of inner city schools in the 50's. Rock Around the Clock (1956) is a good one about teenagers and the beginning of rock and roll in the 50's.Any American History-Themed Movies Out There?Saving private ryan
