Movies dealing with American culture/society?

After watching The Graduate I'm looking to watch more movies that deal with issues/details about American society/culture.



For example, movies such as No Country For Old Men, American Beauty, Fargo, and Donnie Darko.Movies dealing with American culture/society?Hey,

Even though I'm in Canada, I can tell you that there is no single culture here, and it's even more divers in the States. There are a few movies that I know influenced the behaviours of individuals (mostly adolescents, in high school and university), that have changed a lot of peoples values.

American Pie was huge in dealing with the modern norms of society. I've done projects in school using this movie to demonstrate how things have become more acceptable. So any American Pie type movie you could think of would be in this category (All American Pie's, Road Trip, Eurotrip, Not Another Teen Movie, Foreign Exchange, and the list keeps on going)

Others are the ones that have a lesson at the end meant for teenagers like, She's the Man, Stick It, Mighty Ducks, and many more.

THere is so much more we can say, but there needs to be more specificity.
